The Arduino now talks with MP3 IPOD device, through the efforts and work of RECOTANA (translated into English). whit an appropriate connector, a little soldering and the library.

You can play your favorite songs automatically by triggering an infinite source of sensors attached to the Arduino.

The possibilities are endless, limited only by your imagination.

Virtual Ping Pong Player

You tink play ping pong with a virtual player with the skill of a professional would be almost impossible but within 100 years, then think again (Well maybe needs a few hundred years more but this is a good start).

Day by day we are impressed with the technology developments in the AI here an example of this, using a webcam to track the ball and a laptop as his brain which also serves as the playing field (yes the game is place in a virtual ping-pong table) and two solenoids to operate as the fingers of the keyboard to move his racket, this virtual ping pong player will kick the ass to anyone.

MIDI programming library for Arduino

Very cool - Franky wrote up a MIDI code library for use with Arduino. It handles the basic serial setup, interprets and filters incoming messages - also sets a pin to control the optocoupler chip (no worrying about incoming data messing with sketch uploads). Plus it handles MIDI out/thru transmissions as well - super helpful. - MIDI Library.

Arduino TEMPMAN

Well to start with the right foot let me show you this proyect which consist of a termisistor Arduino and a computer network.

The goal was to read the temperature with termisistor connected to an Arduino analog pin and with the serial interface send the data to our computer which will serve as a "server" which sends a message through the service of NET SEND Windows (google to know how activate it) to computers in network the outside temperature through a program written in Pascal running on your computer.

Here the program which I call TEMPMAN (Temperature Management) the Arduino code and an Excel spreadsheet for calculating the ADC termisistor.
